Varför har Snape inte en anti-gift?

Det finns en humoristisk video med titeln " Harry Potter: Hur det borde ha upphört " från den ökända Youtube-kanalen HISHE.

Det påpekar (bland annat) att, med tanke på Snapes natur som en

double agent for Dumbledore in Voldemort's ranks

och hans omfattande kunskap om potions inklusive anti-venoms:

For your information Potter, Asphodel and Wormwood make a sleeping potion so powerful it is known as the Draught of the Living Death, a Bezoar is a stone taken from the stomach of a goat and it will save you from most poisons. As for Monkshood and Wolfbane, they are the same plant which also goes by the name of Aconite. Well, why aren't you all copying this down?

Vi vet att ett anti-venom finns, för

Arthur was sent to St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, and was to take a Blood-Replenishing Potion every hour to counter the blood loss that would otherwise cost him his life, but was otherwise fine ... Eventually, Arthur managed to find an antidote to dispel the venom.

Snape kunde självklart ha blivit omedvetet, men jag finner det osannolikt eftersom han visste hur försiktigt hans ställning var när det gällde Voldemort och hans kunskap om Nagini.

Finns det någon anledning att han inte skulle ha haft en anti-venom redo eller hittade något sätt att immunisera sig mot giftet?

Tja, din fråga är varför Snape inte har antivenin (antitoxin) för Nagini's bite, inte Hur drog Snape, ja? Vi känner Snape åtminstone lärde antiveniner i Potions:

Snape reached the front of the class and turned to face them.

‘The general standard of this homework was abysmal. Most of you would have failed had this been your examination. I expect to see a great deal more effort for this week’s essay on the various varieties of venom antidotes, or I shall have to start handing out detentions to those dunces who get a “D”.’

Harry did not answer at once. He pretended to be perusing a page of Asiatic Anti-Venoms, because he did not want to say what was in his mind.

  • Jag tror inte att Snape förväntas komma ut ur det andra Voldemort-kriget vid liv.   • Vi vet inte ens vilken typ av orm Nagini är . Antivenin är inte universell. Varje antivenin är specifikt för en given ormgift. Om Snape inte visste vilken snake Nagini var skulle det ha varit nästan omöjligt för honom att ha gjort ett antivenin.
  • Arthur fick faktiskt Muggle-stygn, eftersom de magiska behandlingarna inte fungerade bra mot Naginis bit. Naginis gift slöt upp sömmen. Om St. Mungos personal inte hade ett omedelbart antivin för Nagini, är det möjligt att en exakt antivenin aldrig existerade. Snape kunde inte äga vad som inte existerar. En anti dote är för gift som traditionellt intas. Dödlig ormgift är vanligtvis ett neurotoxin - en anti venin är ett antitoxin, vilket är annorlunda än en motgift. (Semantik? Förmodligen. Bara att ta upp det för att överväga)
  • Naginis gift verkades omedelbart oförmögen för både Arthur och Snape; Snape kanske har vetat att även om han hade antivenin för Nagini, skulle han inte kunna ta det:

Unless you wish to poison Potter – and I assure you I would have the greatest sympathy with you if you did – I cannot help you. The only trouble is that most venoms act too fast to give the victim much time for truth-telling.’

  • Antivenin kan ha reglerats: ANTIDOTER ÄR ANTI-DON'TS, UTAN GODKÄNDA AV EN KVALIFICERAD SJUKARE . ( OotP - sida 428 - UK-ch 22) Kanske de specifika ingredienserna för ett antivenin för Nagini var otillgängliga.

Åh, och en snabb notering på Voldemort. Du säger i din kommentar ovan att Voldemort inte är en bra idiot. Canon representerar Voldemort som en tekniskt överlägsen trollkarl, men Dumbledore upprepar om och om igen att Voldemort är ömtåligt okunnig om och otjänat i allt han anser under sitt meddelande eller godkännande, och därför lider hans magi och dom på grund av hans förakt. Till sist kan vi fullt ut uppskatta hur dumt Voldemort verkligen var.

  • Han var oförmögen fysiskt av Naginis bur, så han kunde inte ha tagit motgift efter att ha blivit biten, även om giftet var en del av skadan.
