Could en av Voldemorts dödsätare ha dödat eller skadat Harry på Privet Drive?

I Phoenix-ordningen förklarar Dumbledore till Harry det skydd som Dursleys hem tillhandahåller:

While you can still call home the place where your mother's blood dwells, there you cannot be touched or harmed by Voldemort. He shed her blood, but it lives on in you and her sister. Her blood became your refuge. You need return there only once a year, but as long as you can still call it home, there he cannot hurt you. Your aunt knows this. I explained what I had done in the letter I left, with you, on her doorstep. She knows that allowing you houseroom may well have kept you alive for the past fifteen years.

Dumbledore säger att han inte kan "röra eller skadas av Voldemort". Betydar detta att han kunde ha skickat en Death Eater för att bara bryta ner dörren och döda Harry, förutsatt att Voldemort skulle tillåta dem? Och även om han inte ville att de skulle döda honom, kunde de ha skadat honom på något annat sätt (t.ex. Cruciatus Curse)?

Nej. Harry var skyddad från Death Eaters och Voldemorts allierade, inte bara Voldemort själv.

Dumbledore säger uttryckligen att när han utformade Harrys skydd på Privet Drive att han hade för avsikt att skydda Harry från Death Eaters och från den Mörsta Herren själv.

"My answer is that my priority was to keep you alive. You were in more danger than perhaps anyone but I realised. Voldemort had been vanquished hours before, but his supporters - and many of them are almost as terrible as he - were still at large, angry, desperate and violent."
(Order of the Phoenix, Chapter 37, The Lost Prophecy).

Dumbledore ville därför skydda Harry från Voldemort när han lyckades återfå en kropp vid någon tidpunkt i den avlägsna framtiden. Men han ville också skydda Harry på kort sikt från Voldemorts anhängare. Han kastade därefter en skyddande charm som skulle försvara Harry från någon som skulle vilja ha honom skada.

Vi har dessutom en viss inblick i den upplevda impregnerbarheten hos Privet Drive från nyckeltal från Death Eaters. Snape beskriver det som en "säkerhetsplats".

"My Lord, the Order of the Phoenix intends to move Harry Potter from his current place of safety on Saturday next, at nightfall."
(Deathly Hallows, Chapter 1, The Dark Lord Ascending)

Och Voldemort säger "inte ens jag kan röra honom" på Privet Drive.

“But how to get at Harry Potter? For he has been better protected than I think even he knows, protected in ways devised by Dumbledore long ago, when it fell to him to arrange the boy’s future. Dumbledore invoked an ancient magic, to ensure the boy’s protection as long as he is in his relations’ care. Not even I can touch him there..."
(Goblet of Fire, Chapter 33, The Death Eaters)

Förmodligen betyder det "alla upp till och med mig". I huvudsak skulle det vara ett enormt säkerhetsbrott för att bara skydda Harry från en person och en enda person (även om den personen var Voldemort). Jag är säker på att Dumbledores charm täcker alla individer som kan önska att skada Harry. Ett sätt att hålla Death Eaters ute skulle vara att förhindra att någon med ett mörkt varumärke kommer in i området.

Även om Death Eaters var på något sätt kunna ange Privet Drive under Dumbledores skyddande charm anser jag att ovanstående citat visar att Voldemort tror att Privet Drive är en no-go-zon för sina styrkor. Upplevd säkerhetstäckning kan vara lika effektiv som den faktiska säkerhetsdeklarationen. Voldemort tror att ingen Death Eater kan gå in i Privet Drive. Och som RichS säger hade han en särskild besatthet med att själv döda Harry själv; han skulle inte ha tilldelat den uppgiften till en av sina minions.

Jag tror att det nämndes i 5: e eller 6: e boken även med Death Eaters, men jag är inte helt säker var , så tills ett citat finns har jag bara den här wikien :

Albus Dumbledore first visited the house in 1981, delivering the baby Harry Potter to be put into the Dursleys care after the murder of his parents. Harry wasn't the only thing that Dumbledore left behind him on this occasion: he also invoked strong magic granting Harry absolute protection from Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters whilst he was at the house, as long as Harry could still call Privet Drive his home, until he came of age on his seventeenth birthday.

Den mörka Herren trodde inte det, åtminstone.

När den mörka herren gjorde sin plan att kidnappa Harry från Hogwarts valde han sin plan att använda Triwizard-turneringen med tanke på att Harry skulle vara för väl skyddad vid Dursleys "från någon metod för att hämta honom.

“For he has been better protected than I think even he knows, protected in ways devised by Dumbledore long ago, when it fell to him to arrange the boy’s future. Dumbledore invoked an ancient magic, to ensure the boy’s protection as long as he is in his relations’ care.”

Förmodligen trodde han att detta skydd utvidgades till Death Eaters också, eftersom han inte hade något problem att ha en Death Eater kidnappar Harry från Hogwarts - det var hans slutplan.

“Use my one faithful Death Eater, stationed at Hogwarts, to ensure that the boy’s name was entered into the Goblet of Fire. Use my Death Eater to ensure that the boy won the Tournament – that he touched the Triwizard Cup first – the Cup which my Death Eater had turned into a Portkey, which would bring him here, beyond the reach of Dumbledore’s help and protection, and into my waiting arms.”

Den mörka Herren insisterade inte på att hämta Harry själv. Han litade på Barty Crouch Jr. för att få Harry ut ur Hogwarts och till honom.

“He told me he needed to place a faithful servant at Hogwarts. A servant who would guide Harry Potter through the Triwizard Tournament without appearing to do so. A servant who would watch over Harry Potter. Ensure he reached the Triwizard Cup. Turn the Cup into a Portkey, which would take the first person to touch it to my master.”
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Chapter 35 (Veritaserum)

Förmodligen då skulle han inte ha något problem med att Barty Crouch Jr. får Harry från Dursleys istället. Därför är det troligt att anledningen till att han inte försökte det berodde på att skyddet Dumbledore som används skulle också fungera på Death Eaters och göra det omöjligt för dem att komma till honom där.
