Hans dödliga kropp skulle fortfarande bli förstörd, men han skulle förmodligen bli en ande, som han gjorde efter att ha försökt döda Harry 1981. Själva fragmentet i hans kropp skulle överleva och kunde försöka hitta en ny värd eller vänta på V-man för att få en ny kropp.

    

Hans kropp skulle dö, men hans själ kommer att stanna.

Den mörka Herrens kropp skulle dö om han drabbades av en kärnvapen och kunde inte stoppa den med magi. Att ha Horcruxes gör inget för att förhindra att kroppen dör, de knyter bara själen till livet så att den förbli jordbunden även om kroppen dödas.

Själva som finns i en människa förblir intakt, oavsett vad som händer med kroppen. Eftersom det här förmodligen gäller för mycket destruktiva dödsorsaker som att det bränns av Fiendfyre, borde det även gälla vid en kärnvapensprängning.

Det finns ingen anledning att tro att det skulle vara omöjligt att döda en trollkarl med Muggle vapen, förutsatt att de inte kunde stoppa vapnet med magi. I sin fotnot för "The Wizard and the Hopping Pot" nämnde Albus Dumbledore hur Muggles verkligen kunde döda några trollkarlar i sina häxjaktar.

Därför skulle det hända att han hade blivit rippad från sin kropp som han var när han drabbades av den rebounding Killing Curse - han skulle inte dö men hans kropp skulle dödas.

Om han framgångsrikt slogs av ett Muggle-vapen och han inte kunde stoppa det i tid, skulle den mörka Herrens kropp dödas, men det skulle inte döda själen inom honom, eftersom även mycket destruktiva dödsorsaker, t döda själen Hans själ var också knuten till livet av Horcruxes, så det skulle förbli på jorden i andlig form.
