Enligt Wiki är det klart att;
"...Although they succeeded in causing the plane to crash, Angel was trapped on the plane while Nightcrawler teleported Xavier and his allies away from the crash. Angel was killed in the crash. Apocalypse called his fallen Horseman "useless" when he found Angel's lifeless body in the wreckage...

Som jag förstår från att titta på filmen ser den ut som om han är död. Så tycker apokalypsen, att inte ens med sin häftiga makt, kunde Angel trygga sig själv.
Som Moviepilot.com skrev:

De hoppas också, han överlevde, så han skulle få mer utveckling i framtida film (er). Eller som Comicbook.com lägger den:
Archangel may have died [...], but it's a little easier to write that one off and let him survive. [...] but that was post-Apocalypse's manipulation and upgrading of him. With Apocalypse's armored upgrades, and Angel's healing factor in the comics, there's a good chance he made it out of that seemingly devastating situation.
Detta berättar för mig att det är troligt att han överlevde kraschen om de håller den närmare komiska böckerna, speciellt på grund av de helande krafterna samt (se vidare ned -Screenrant) möjligheten att skydda sig.
Och då finns Busted.com , och de säger att:
[...] To be fair, with his Apocalypse-given metal wings, it's possible Angel survived to see another day. But, if his death is, in fact, real, then it's a shame. He might have been fighting for the wrong side, but he was still pretty cool.

Så, om vi sammanfattar det, tenderar alla dessa källor att tänka, eller föredra, att han överlevde på något sätt. Det kan vara på grund av hans helande egenskaper i komiska böckerna, hans förmåga att skydda sig själv, kraften som ges av apokalypsen, som gör honom till en bättre överlevare i generall eller helt enkelt lycka till. Det är emellertid inte klart i filmen. Från det vi ser i den där filmen ensam, utan samråd med serietidningarna, är det troligt att han inte överlevde. Han kunde fortfarande ha, med Apocalypsens befogenheter.
Därför är mitt "nya" svar baserat på källorna ovan - nej, det finns inga tydliga bevis, han överlevde, men det finns inte heller några tydliga bevis som han dog.På grund av gränsen "2 länkar" har jag, jag lägger länkarna som svar ...
