Hur länge kan jag lämna en nybakad ostkaka innan den går i kylskåpet?

Vi har bara bakat en ostkaka och går över till familjens hus för resten av kvällen. Är det ok att lämna ostekaket i 6 timmar eller så innan det kyls?
