a mantis woman in a black coach asks the protagonists if they serve the Bull. She then fires a green arrow at Quentin, and then rides off.

Bullet innebär troligen faktiskt ramarna, Ember och Umber, och när jag läser igenom det, så förstod jag det. Jag har alltid behandlat det som en varelse som försöker tala ett språk som inte är föremål för henne, och blandar upp Ram och Bull.
Det är också möjligt att hon hänvisar till ett okänt tecken, som
during this time in Fillory there are a bunch of "False Kings" that have taken the throne and then died.
