I början av Avengers: Infinity War såg vi att Hulk började slå upp Thanos enkelt men plötsligt övermanar Thanos honom. Förmodligen är det enda sättet som skulle vara möjligt, eftersom Thanos använde kraftstenen.

När en oändlighetstecken behöver användas, ska Thanos göra en näve med Gauntlet och då kommer en stråle från stenen. Men denna gång fanns ingen stråle, inget finger böjde för att göra en knytnäve, vilket innebär att kraftstenen inte användes för att besegra Hulk.

Thanos använde inte kraftstenen på Hulk .

Thanos är en massivt kraftfull varelse på egen hand, även utan stenarna. Observera att Power Stone inte lyser vid tiden och även Ebony Maw slår Hulk och Thanos utan någon störning och säger:

No, let him have his fun...

Avengers: Infinity War has brought up more than a few debates, but screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely have now revealed that Thanos would've beat the Hulk even if he didn't have the Infinity Gauntlet with the Power Stone, fueling more debate. Looking back at the scene, Maw and Thanos are pretty calm, even when it appears that the Hulk has the upper hand in the battle.

McFeely had this to say when asked if Thanos could still beat Hulk without help. I think he could. I may be speaking out of turn, but I think Thanos could kick the Hulk's ass without the (Power Stone).
