Nästa generation

I ett tidigt avsnitt, "Var ingen har gått förbi" slås företaget bort till kanten av universum. Där, tankar tar form, och avlidna individer från deras förflutna visas. Det förklaras aldrig riktigt vad som händer.

Trots Picards motstånd mot tanken är Qs påståenden aldrig faktiskt motbevisad.

Deep Space Nine

Bajorans tro på Deep Space Nine , som refereras i många episoder, kan räkna. I början är det klart att deras gudar, profeterna (och Pah-Wraith), är bara mäktiga utomjordingar som bor i ormhålet.
