Jag tror att den här filmen kom ut i början till mitten av 00-talet. Ganska säker på att det inte är nyare än 2008: Jag tror att jag såg den runt den tiden. Jag glömde senare titeln, och jag har misslyckats med att hitta den igen av Googling för plot-nyckelord.

Filmen öppnas med ett militärt team av människor som har kraschat på en främmande planet. Bakgrunden förklaras att människor är i krig med en ras av tankekontrollerade utomjordingar som nästan utplånats, utom på den här sista planet, och detta lag skickades för att avsluta jobbet. Kaptenen i deras uppdragsteam dödades i kraschen, och resten måste göra gör för att slutföra sitt uppdrag. När de utforskar den mest djungelplanerade planet ser de att dessa kristaller (som jag kommer ihåg det) växer runt och har dessa märkliga hallucinationer på grund av utlänningskontrollen.
The humans are actually under the mind control influence of the aliens the entire time. The crystals on this planet partially block the telepathy which is why everyone's suffering from hallucinations: they're real memories creeping through. It turns out the human-alien war was lost long ago and this planet has the last holdouts of the free human population, and the team was sent to try to kill them off. At the end, they encounter the clone of their old captain as one of the residents of the human colony, and one of the aliens telepathically admits what's going on.
