Jag försöker desperat att komma ihåg titeln och författaren till en science fiction-bok för tonåringar, skrivna före 2003.
Boken handlade om en ung vuxen jungfru som sålde sin fysiska kropp för att uppgradera till en syntetisk kropp. Hennes "sponsor" (köpare) var VD / ägare av företaget som gjorde de syntetiska kroppen så att hon slutade med en topplinjeförsökskasse , istället för den billiga hon hade betald för.
När hon är i återhämtning sover hon med eller blir vänner med en annan tjej från en rik familj som betalade för henne att ha samma kropp som hon tidigare var paraplegisk eller kvadriplegisk.
Jag tror att den var inställd i den avlägsna framtiden, men jag kan inte minnas mycket mer än den information jag har fått för livet för mig.
