Han påpekade bara att:
Since Ramsay refused to save lives of his men by refusing single combat challenge by Jon, why should Bolton men feel loyalty towards him and want to fight for him?

I don't know if I'd beat you. But I know that my army will beat yours. I have 6,000 men. You have, what, half that? Not even?
Jon: Aye, you have the numbers. Will your men want to fight for you when they hear you wouldn't fight for them?
Jon utmanar Ramsay att bestämma att på gammalt sätt, dvs en på en strid, tar vinnaren Winterfell. Ramsay var till fördel, han var säker på sin seger men han var inte säker på om han kunde besegra Jon eller inte. Därför bestämde han sig för att inte riskera allt på den ena striden och gå för full kamp istället.
Om Ramsay hade accepterat skulle Bolton-männen ha kunnat gå hem oavsett vad som var resultatet av single combat. Men eftersom Ramsay vägrade, betyder det att han inte vill rädda sina mäns liv och värderar sin egen hud mer än deras.
Ramsay känner igen Jons retort av hans vägran som ett subtilt försök att såga uppståndelse och vrede bland sina män och svar:
He is good. He is very good.
Även om det verkar som om Jon har "försökt att sätta dissens" oavsiktligt för att han säger att hans plan var att göra honom arg (och så förmodligen gick honom till en-mot-en kamp där Jon skulle ha segrat). Dålig kille vet verkligen ingenting.:

Jon: No. But I wanted to make him angry.
