Jag har läst Tidtabellguide för visumuteslutningar men jag är inte säker på om vår resa omfattas av de angivna resvägarna. Vilken hjälp som helst skulle vara mycket uppskattat!
Min partner är vietnamesisk med ett australiskt visum och vi flyger från Sydney till Taipei och bor 3 nätter innan vi träffar Seoul ytterligare 3 nätter innan vi flyger tillbaka till Sydney via Taipei (2 timmars layover).
Om vi inte räknar stoppplatsen som ett annat land - det verkar som att vår resa är:
arrive from a third country (Taiwan) and departing to the country that issued the visa (Australia)"
Men om vi räknar stoppet - slutar vi med något som:
arrive from a third country (Taiwan) and depart to another country (also Taiwan) for a maximum stay of 3 days, before departing to the country that issued the visa (Australia)

The following itineraries are possible:
- arrive from a third country and departing to the country that issued the visa (e.g. DEL-ICN-YVR); or
- arrive from a third country and depart to another country for a maximum stay of 3 days, before departing to the country that issued the visa (e.g. DEL-ICN-SGN-YVR); or
- arrive after transiting through a third country for a maximum of 3 days (e.g. DEL-SGN-ICN-YVR).
Enligt tidskriften har de full rätt att förbjuda ingången till Korea. Undantagen är tydligt transitförlängningar. Din resplan SYD - TPE - ICN - X / TPE - SYD är en enkel rundresa och kan inte behandlas som transitering. Sådan resväg är inte en transitering när du återvänder till samma plats via samma väg.
