Vad är den plats där Will genomfördes?

I utställningen Will är desertören av Night Watch som körs av Eddard Stark efter att han fångats. Han fångas i bergen och Starks åker ut för att möta desertern någonstans i bergen.

På scenen där Will utförs, verkar platsen vara exekvering. Det finns en höjd i mitten av en clearing med en logga på den som tydligt har använts tidigare. Självklart kunde de ha tagit loggen med dem för utförandet, men det verkar mindre troligt i mitt sinne. Särskilt när Starks reste ut från Winterfell till deserteren i stället för att desertören kom till dem.

But the man they found bound hand and foot to the holdfast wall awaiting the king's justice was old and scrawny, not much taller than Robb. He had lost both ears and a finger to frostbite, and he dressed all in black, the same as a brother of the Night's Watch, except that his furs were ragged and greasy.
