Om jag slår dig med Ray of Frost, och min vän träffar dig med Ray of Frost omedelbart efter, har du minskat din hastighet med (10x2 =) 20 till början av nästa tur?

Eller förlorar du bara 10 varvtal eftersom effekten inte stack?

Combining Magical Effects

The effects of different spells add together while the durations of those spells overlap. The effects of the same spell cast multiple times don’t combine, however. Instead, the most potent effect—such as the highest bonus—from those castings applies while their durations overlap.

For example, if two clerics cast bless on the same target, that character gains the spell’s benefit only once; he or she doesn’t get to roll two bonus dice.

Även om Ray of Frosts skada skulle tillämpas med varje träff, är hastighetsreduktionen en effekt som ovanstående regel skulle förhindra att stapla med sig själv. Det skulle dock fortfarande stiga med andra hastighetsreducerare som Lance of Lethargy eller Frost Lance .

Du kan inte stapla några identiska stavningseffekter

Grundläggande regler anger:

Ray of Frost skulle inte beter sig annorlunda än att kräva en specifik dom över den allmänna regeln ovanför, eftersom det inte finns något i det språk som anger att det skulle.
