Det skulle ha varit en barnfilm eller tv-prog, och jag såg det noga i mitten av 1980-talet.
Det var filmat med marionetter (stopprörelse eller marionation, jag kommer inte ihåg) och handlade om en samling av klassiska filmmonster (Dracula, Frankensteins monster) på lab eller hem av någon respekterad medlem i deras grupp. Jag tror att han var en gammal man som döde eller gick i pension, och samlingen handlade om att namnge en efterträdare.
Jag minns ett par ögonblick ganska tydligt:
Dracula - eventuellt ombord på ett skepp? - tittar på den gamla människans slott på avstånd och säger sedan i en väldigt stereotyp "vampyr" accent, "Nu vill du se dem originalbatman!" och sedan bli en fladdermus och flyga till slottet.
Den gamle människans assistent / dotter skymmer bakom ryggen och säger åtminstone en av de andra monster att de inte skulle bli utvalda som efterträdare.
Assistenten / dottern, förmodligen i slutet, tårar bekänner till hennes kärleksintresse att hon inte kan älska honom eftersom hon är en robot och säger något i linje med "Mitt hjärta är bara en pump som cirkulerar kylvätska ".
Det handlar om så långt jag kan gå. Ringer det några klockor för någon?

The Baron's beautiful assistant Francesca (voiced by Gale Garnett) enters the lab to confirm that all invitations have been delivered and inquires about one of the addressees named Felix Flanken (voiced by Allen Swift). Frankenstein explains that Flanken is his nephew and successor in the monster business. This displeases Francesca who covets the role for herself. Francesca even asks why there was not an invitation for "It". Boris replies that "It" was not invited since "It" can be a crushing bore, explaining that "It" even crushed the island's wild boars in his bare hands the last time "It" was invited.
