numenor vs gondolin [stängd]

Om krafterna i Numenor och Gondolins styrkor skulle mötas, vilka tror du skulle vinna? Bortsett från deras dödlighet hade invånarna i Numenor gjort stora framsteg inom teknik. I en passage i Silmariliom beskrivs motorerna som byggda av Numenoreaner, och i en passage i de förlorade talesna beskrivs flygmaskiner också. Dessa tekniker verkar vara exklusiva för numenoreaner också. Så, tekniskt vis, verkar det som Numenor var före Gondolon. Men trots sin avancerade teknik gjorde Numenor ingenting som överlevde i tredje åldern. Numenor palantir spekuleras ha blivit smidd av Feanor. Narsil, svärdet Elendil, en Numenorean, brukade klippa Saurons finger, smidda av Telchar, en elf osv.
