TV-showen Gold Rush är väldigt populär. Vet någon om gruvarbetarna tjänar pengar från annonsörerna, har godkännanden med utrustningstillverkarna, kompenseras de av Discovery-producenterna eller tjänar de bara pengar när hitta guldet?
